SAP HANA Consultant (with BW)

Contract: B2B; 6 months with a possibility of an extension

Set-up: 100% remote

Summary: The SAP Consultant HANA plays a crucial role in supporting a vibrant technical team focused on SAP BW and HANA systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage SAP BW performance and operations.

• Analyze and optimize system performance across BW and HANA.

• Implement and maintain BW housekeeping processes.

• Utilize SAP tools for BW and HANA to facilitate development and modeling.

• Document technical processes and concepts effectively.

• Adhere to ITIL processes and support ticketing systems.

• Participate in Agile development processes and manage SAP change management tools.

• Conduct BW development and utilize ABAP for data integration.

• Support BW system administration and configuration of source systems.

• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP BW.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP BW and HANA.

• Deep knowledge of SAP BW monitoring tools and concepts.

• Experience in BW process chain monitoring and performance analysis.

• Proficiency in HANA SQL and HANA modeling.

• Experience in ABAP programming and development.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in using JIRA and Service NOW ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAP Change and Transport System.

• Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).

Other Details: Collaborate with small team members for the BW housekeeping.
