Project Manager

• Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaw's office

• Seniority Level: Minimum 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role

• Education: University degree at Level 7 (Master’s degree preferred; ICT-specific degree not required)

• Other Requirements: Valid criminal record excerpt may be required

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Panorama project and other initiatives across the full project lifecycle

• Establish and maintain project controls to ensure timely and on-scope delivery

• Assure and control the quality of project deliverables

• Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and risks

• Liaise with the Project Board and key stakeholders

• Assign and manage tasks, authorize work packages, and balance team priorities

• Plan and control project product delivery processes

• Produce essential project documentation including plans, logs, and schedules

• Define responsibilities of all project participants

• Prepare and deliver technical reports and project presentations

• Organize and lead project meetings

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience applying project management methodologies and Agile practices

• Successful leadership of at least one medium-to-large ICT project

• Experience organizing work in scrums and managing teams using Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with ontology/taxonomy management systems

• Experience with SharePoint-based solution development

• Background in data integration projects

• Strong understanding of IT and its alignment with business needs

• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and trends

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers

• Client-oriented mindset with experience in stakeholder management

• Working knowledge of English at C1 level or higher – must be confirmed by a relevant certificate or diploma
