Microsoft Fabric Expert

Location: 100% remote work 


Key Responsibilities
•    Act as a Microsoft Fabric Subject Matter Expert in the adoption team
•    Support the establishment and scaling of Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview adoption
•    Maintain, extend, and quality assure existing hands-on Microsoft Fabric training
•    Design and deliver interactive, instructor-led training sessions (online and onsite)
•    Bridge Fabric governance with user adoption needs
•    Provide Fabric input to learning journeys, course structures, and training content
•    Co-develop change and adoption approaches with the Project Manager
•    Ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with governance
•    Translate technical concepts into practical guidance and incorporate participant feedback
•    Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and Purview updates


Requirements
•    Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
•    Solid understanding of Microsoft Purview
•    Prior experience creating or delivering technical training
•    Strong insight-driven thinking and clear communication skills
•    User-centered design mindset
