Portfolio Systems Technical Expert (Airtable) - pharma/fully remote

We are looking for a Technical Expert to serve as the "technical engine" for the Portfolio Management Team. In this role, you will translate complex portfolio requirements into a high-performance, automated Airtable ecosystem.

Your Mission:

Airtable Architecture: Design and optimize complex relational database structures, ensuring data integrity across multiple bases.
Custom UI Development: Build sophisticated Interfaces and dashboards tailored for data entry, editing, and visualization.
API & Automation: Bridge the gap between Airtable and the broader tech stack using REST APIs and custom scripts to eliminate manual work.
Technical Guardian: Act as the primary technical contact, identifying workflow bottlenecks and maintaining the "centralized source of truth".

Requirements:

Airtable Mastery: Proven expertise in Airtable development, including advanced rollup/formula logic.
