Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: 140 - 190 PLN / h (net, B2B) 

Work Model: 100% Remote

Contract Type: B2B

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant/Lead with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. In this role candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate on transformative projects, using cutting-edge technology to create solutions that drive efficiency and deliver value to our clients and will be instrumental in helping businesses evolve by implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise in one or more business domains – e.g. Sales Effectiveness, Marketing Automation, Service Excellence, Customer Portal – leveraging the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.

  • Provide functional expertise in one or more target sectors e.g. Life Sciences/Pharma, Insurance, Technology, Telecoms.

  • Lead business analysis of client’s current and to-be processes to define system/ technology requirements using best practice and focus on maximising use of OOTB component.

  • Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements.

  • Support/lead the workstream to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder alignment meetings.

  • Independently communicate with both client technical teams and business stakeholders as needed during the design and implementation.

  • Support the scoping, shaping and delivery of bids and proposals, winning and delivering on the customer and digital transformation engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years consulting experience leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies.

  • Minimum three Salesforce certifications.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

  • Be willing to travel to UK, Ireland or Nordic countries up to 8 days per month to collaborate directly with clients and wider project teams.

  • Ability to articulate the value of Salesforce as a platform in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion.

  • Experience in designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and leading ISV solutions.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong presentation skills, including experience of building and presenting with Microsoft PowerPoint or similar package.

  • A track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.

  • Experience on face to face with clients, including running workshops and delivering presentations.

Nice to have

  • Experience facilitating or contributing to technical requirements gathering workshops with clients to identify pain points and translate functional requirements to technical solutions.

  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

  • Prior experience in consulting for medium-to-large-scale system implementations.

  • Experience in providing solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).

  • Technical architecture and design experience.

  • Experience with Veeva CRM.

  • Certifications/experience operating with any of the Salesforce Industry Clouds and/or Agentforce.
