Marketing Design Lead
Location: 100% remote work
Salary: 130 – 140 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)
Responsibilities:
• Be a Visionary: Translate bold and creative concepts into compelling visual narratives, craft clear briefs, and engage senior stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
• Oversee art direction: Manage creative pipelines across various projects, support the team in prioritising tasks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful visual outcomes.
• Manage design asset workload distribution and creation: Oversee the creation of design assets through self, team, and external resources to support internal communications and marketing activities across both frog and Invent brands. This includes reports, POV publications, social media flashcards, videos, assets for mailers, websites, and business-branded templates (e.g., PPT, Teams backgrounds, email signatures, swag, etc.).
• Brand champion: Promote consistent application of brand guidelines across the organisation while maintaining and evolving brand standards under the guidance of the brand portfolio lead to ensure high-quality, creative design outputs.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert in design strategy, collaborating with key stakeholder groups, including Group Brand, Global Creative Heads, MACs organizations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies and alignment cross-functionally.
• Ensure quality: Conduct regular, focused design reviews while driving continuous improvement of team workflows, including templates, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and creative excellence.
• Leading the Design Team: Manage, organise work, and lead the design team within Global M&C, providing direction and quality assurance for campaign assets.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Be an inspirational leader and coach, empowering designers in the team and fostering their professional growth and development.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with copywriters, web implementation teams, social media marketing managers, campaign managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of design assets and cohesive, impactful, and insight-driven design solutions.
• Brand onboarding support: Support scalable brand onboarding through internal learning and development tools.
• Visual identity maintenance: Lead the maintenance of visual identity tools and assets in collaboration with the Brand and Portfolio Lead.
Requirements:
• Proven design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
