Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high performance. You will work with stakeholders and architects to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Flows, Apex and LWC.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Salesforce Architects to understand and validate business requirements, considering security, scalability, and system limits.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide recommendations on best technical approaches.

• Take ownership of technical deliverables and drive solutions from concept to deployment with minimal supervision.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently, ensuring timely resolution.

• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations and performance.

• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and propose solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC and SOQL.

• Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and custom development.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Proven problem-solving skills and analytical thinking - ability to break down complex problems and design elegant solutions.

• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Field Service.

• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).

• Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications.
