Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI)

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

About the Role:

We are building advanced AI systems that leverage large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks to deliver real-time, high-accuracy insights. To ensure production-grade reliability and seamless integration with existing platforms, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML methods, Python programming, and modern deployment practices. This role bridges cutting-edge model development with robust service and API engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate LLM-based and RAG-powered AI systems

• Implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph

• Design and optimize ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques

• Build and maintain APIs and services with real-time and streaming capabilities

• Ensure compatibility across hardware/software environments

• Manage integration and release engineering processes, including performance impact assessments

• Deploy models using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

• Optimize inference pipelines for scalability and reliability

  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures

• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

• Strong understanding of NLP and core ML techniques

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)

• Solid background in service and API engineering

• Proven track record in model deployment and production integration

• Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and AI/ML services

• Familiarity with vector databases for retrieval tasks
