IT Support Team Leader

Job Tasks:

• Coordinating the work of L2 support and providing them with substantive support when they are unable to resolve issues independently.
• Addressing and resolving complex client inquiries through primary support channels.
• Managing assigned cases to deliver the most effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyzing the root causes of issues using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, application logs, and monitoring systems.
• Utilizing technical documentation and helping expand internal knowledge base content where necessary.
• Creating regular reports to monitor platform performance and quality.
• Assisting in developing technical documentation and enriching the internal knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar technical field, ideally with exposure to B2B and SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
• English C1.
