We’re skilled Network Operation Engineer who excels in managing SDWAN services. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical expertise in SD-WAN and SASE networks, and the capacity to collaborate across diverse teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a service management mindset, ensuring efficient delivery and troubleshooting of telecommunication services.
Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is to assist the Service Manager in effectively managing the SDWAN services.
- Manage ticketing system and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct problem investigations and complete root cause analysis (RCA).
- Facilitate supplier meetings for project management.
- Coordinate ongoing service deliveries with suppliers.
- Oversee technical fault management as required.
- Engage in both technical and administrative duties.
- Collaborate across multiple cultural teams.
- Utilize strong computer skills and ticket management tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in WAN/SDWAN management, especially in a service manager capacity.
- Technical knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE based networks.
- Good working knowledge of LAN/WLAN and related technologies.
- Competence in firewall technologies, including Prisma and Palo Alto.
- Experience in managing IP address pools effectively.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- A service management mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Capability to maintain focus under pressure.
