IT Support Analyst

Location: Żerniki, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office)


Are you a skilled IT Support Analyst looking to join a dynamic global organization?


About the Role:

Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting end-users both on-site and remotely. You’ll manage hardware and software for servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, as well as provide support for local LAN networks. This role offers the chance to collaborate across multiple countries and contribute to IT projects, troubleshooting, and systems improvement.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support, including technology deployment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT hardware and software for desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi networking issues, identifying whether problems are device or network-related.
  • Support RF mobile scanning devices and manufacturing applications.
  • Manage IT projects, including device rollouts and software deployment.
  • Provide support for Windows Server and Client OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software while documenting all maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to procure IT resources.
  • Stay engaged with business projects and support additional ad hoc IT initiatives.
  • Travel approximately 10% annually within EMEA and occasionally to North America.


Your Profile:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role within an international organization.
  • Solid knowledge of software, hardware, and Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022).
  • Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and cabling.
  • Experience with copiers, printers, AV equipment, and Kaseya is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
