IT Helpdesk Specialist with French

100% REMOTE

Working hours: Monday–Friday, approx. 14:00–22:00 (may vary)

B2B via Experis

B2B rate: 60-90 PLN netto+VAT/h

We are looking for a motivated IT Helpdesk Specialist with French to join an international IT support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to users across North America and global locations, ensuring high-quality service and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues based on user reports and system analysis

  • Log and manage incidents in line with agreed SLAs using ticketing tools

  • Escalate complex issues to second-line or specialist teams when required

  • Deliver remote support, including VPN access assistance

  • Support mobile devices and secure storage solutions (e.g., encrypted USBs)

  • Maintain and manage user accounts in restricted and shared environments

  • Communicate system alerts and outages to users

  • Identify recurring issues and report trends to management

  • Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles

 

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)

  • Additional languages such as French are highly desirable

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional telephone communication skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT Service Desk or technical support roles

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL framework

  • Knowledge of VPN and remote access support

  • Experience supporting mobile devices

  • Basic networking knowledge (including wireless networks)

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Flexible, proactive “can-do” attitude
