Commercial BI & Analytics Lead
Location: 100% remote work (Poland) + willingness to travel based on business needs
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month
We are looking for a senior yet hands-on Commercial BI and Analytics professional with 5+ years of experience who will own the Commercial BI and Sales Force Effectiveness workstream end-to-end across the MEA region. This role combines strong ownership with direct solution delivery and requires deep expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and SQL, as well as solid experience in commercial analytics, performance management, and incentives in a multi-market environment
Responsibilities
Own the Commercial BI and Sales Force Effectiveness workstream end-to-end from strategy through build and run
Act as the single point of accountability for commercial reporting, SFE scorecards, territory and segmentation hygiene, and sales incentives processes across core commercial platforms
Personally design and build solutions in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Excel to automate manual processes and strengthen controls, speed, accuracy, and auditability
Own commercial performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking across sales, incentives, and overall business performance
Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reports aligned with business priorities
Translate business questions into clear analytics, actionable insights, and recommendations
Support senior leadership with performance reviews, insights, and decision support
Drive adoption of Power Platform tools to improve reporting workflows, approvals, tracking, and productivity
Identify and deliver automation opportunities across reporting and business processes
Lead SFE governance across KPIs, scorecards, field force performance, and review cadence
Oversee territory management, segmentation, targeting, account alignment, and sales hierarchy quality
Ensure commercial data structures support effective field execution and business decision-making
Lead governance of the sales incentives process in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and HR
Ensure incentive data, calculations, reporting, controls, and documentation are accurate, transparent, and timely
Provide analysis on target setting, attainment, payout trends, and improvement opportunities
Own data quality and governance across commercial reporting and core business data
Partner with IT and data teams on system enhancements, requirements, testing, and releases
Maintain audit-ready documentation, SOPs, and controlled processes
Act as the key BI partner for regional and country stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives and change management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness, or commercial excellence
Experience supporting sales or commercial teams with reporting, insights, and performance tracking
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT
Experience owning projects or workstreams in a regional or multi-market environment
Ability to combine hands-on delivery with senior-level ownership
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced MS Excel
Strong SQL skills
Experience in KPI design, dashboarding, reporting automation, and performance tracking
Solid understanding of data quality, governance, controls, and process documentation
Experience with Salesforce, Reltio, or similar commercial platforms preferred
Experience with territory management, segmentation, targeting, and incentives processes preferred
Familiarity with data modelling, ETL concepts, relational databases, and cloud or data warehouse environments is a plus
Exposure to Python or additional workflow automation tools is a plus
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharma, or another regulated commercial environment preferred
Arabic language skills are a plus
