BI Fullstack Developer with Power BI and Looker (Enterprise)

We are looking for a highly skilled technical leader with deep expertise in Power BI, Looker, and preferably with tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Databricks to design, develop, and deliver advanced Business Intelligence solutions.

Tasks:

• Business Intelligence Development:

  • Design and implement complex PBI dashboards and reporting solutions.

  • Develop and optimize Looker reports and data models.

  • Utilize Google BigQuery, GCP and/or other services for backend development, ETL processes, and data integration.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards (code quality, security, performance).

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance technical skills.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with backend and frontend BI developers during solution implementation.

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements.

  • Communicate technical aspects clearly to stakeholders and customers.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on BI trends and emerging technologies.

  • Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT.

• Strong expertise in Power BI and very good in Looker (Enterprise edition).

• Hands-on experience with Azure-based projects, including Fabric, DataBricks, and Azure Data Factory or BigQuery on GCP

• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.

• Knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
