Business Analyst
Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible
Work Model: hybrid (5 days per month in the office- Warsaw)
Contract Type: B2B (180-190 PLN/h + VAT)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support process improvement and automation initiatives within the OPSP programme. The role focuses on analysing business processes, defining requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to support the delivery of effective ICT solutions. Work is performed in a near‑site model with occasional presence at the client’s Warsaw headquarters.
Responsibilities
Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and user needs.
Elicit and define requirements and user stories in cooperation with business stakeholders.
Support business experts and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to business cases, feasibility analyses, and solution assessment.
Assist in testing, validation, and change‑related activities during solution implementation.
Expectations
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT and at least 3-4 years working as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of BPMN and experience with requirements engineering and user story creation.
Practical understanding of UML diagrams and modelling approaches.
Experience using modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
English proficiency at C1 level, confirmed by an official certificate (mandatory).
