Responsibilities:

·       Analyze and map business processes using BPMN, including AS‑IS/TO‑BE documentation and exception identification.

·       Translate business requirements into clear, actionable bot instructions for RPA development.

·       Prepare high‑quality analytical documentation supporting RPA initiatives.

·       Use UiPath Task Capture to detail process steps and support automation design.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and ensure effective automation outcomes.

·

Requirements:

·       Good understanding of UiPath and general knowledge of how RPA bots operate.

·       Proven experience in business process analysis and process mapping (BPMN).

·       Strong ability to create detailed AS‑IS/TO‑BE models and identify edge cases.

·       Very good command of UiPath Task Capture and documentation skills.

·       Excellent knowledge of Polish and English; readiness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków.
