Responsibilities:

·       Analyze and map business processes using BPMN or equivalent methods to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical documentation.

·       Work with data sources using SQL and basic data exploration techniques to support AI solution development.

·       Evaluate and implement AI/ML solutions on platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or ML Studio.

·       Ensure AI solutions align with real business needs and deliver measurable value.

Requirements:

·       Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including classification, NLP, and predictive modeling.

·       Hands-on experience with AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio or similar).

·       Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

·       Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders in remote or distributed teams.

·       Very good command of both English and Polish; willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków.
