Agile Product Owner

Location: 100% remote

Salary: 120-140 PLN net/h

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the development, integration, and enterprise adoption of a strategic Capacity Management tool. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving agile delivery, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the tool meets business and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

o Define and refine product requirements in alignment with business goals.

o Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

o Champion user-centric design and iterative development practices.

Integration Orchestration

o Lead the integration of the Capacity Management tool with enterprise systems and practices including SDLC, OMAR, Observability, Architecture, and Service Management.

o Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure seamless interoperability.

Stakeholder Engagement

o Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders to maximize adoption and value realization.

o Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive sponsors and delivery teams.

Governance Alignment

• Ensure the tool supports enterprise reporting requirements and complies with governance frameworks.

• Embed controls and metrics that enable transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in product ownership, enterprise tooling, or capacity management.

• Proven track record of leading agile product development in complex environments.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Google Looker
