Project Description:

ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced OCM consultant to support us during this transitional phase following a recent department merger. The primary focus of this assignment will be on the effective training of our different playbooks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Set the Direction: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear and actionable strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.

• Value Realisation: Assist in identifying and maximizing the benefits of the merger, ensuring that we achieve the desired outcomes and efficiencies.

• Foster Creative Thinking: Encourage innovative solutions and approaches that will facilitate seamless integration and improve overall performance.

• Develop Training Material: Create and deliver effective training materials to ensure user adoption and anchoring of GD&AI offerings.

• Communicate Insights: Provide change insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to support ongoing engagement and alignment
