Miles Developer

We are looking for an experienced Miles expert for a full-time project.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Technical management of the Sofico Miles Enterprise application
• Architecture consulting in the interface environment
• - Test assistance (LuP logs, TrueClient scripting support, Dynatrace monitoring, business event identification, etc.)
• Deployment of configuration files
• Error processing, log provision, restart, and cache assistance (accesses and activities in the operative admin area)
• Setup and adaptation of stages (TKGI know-how, general infrastructure knowledge, Miles Containerised Software, Miles API, and Dynatrace)
• Deployment/customisation of deployment scripts (Bitbucket, CyberArk, Ansible Tower)
• Availability management (backup by restart and basic processes)
• Request processing (Jira, Confluence, ITSM)
• Knowledge transfer to AMS (incident and problem solutions, known issues)
• Documentation and operating manual

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years' experience in Miles development
• Experience in providing technical support for applications, ideally in the leasing sector
• Knowledge of cloud management tools and IT infrastructure
• Experience in applying project management methods (with a focus on agile, e.g., Scrum)
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German optional)
