We are looking for an experienced Miles expert for a full-time project.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Technical management of the Sofico Miles Enterprise application
- Architecture consulting in the interface environment
- - Test assistance (LuP logs, TrueClient scripting support, Dynatrace monitoring, business event identification, etc.)
- Deployment of configuration files
- Error processing, log provision, restart, and cache assistance (accesses and activities in the operative admin area)
- Setup and adaptation of stages (TKGI know-how, general infrastructure knowledge, Miles Containerised Software, Miles API, and Dynatrace)
- Deployment/customisation of deployment scripts (Bitbucket, CyberArk, Ansible Tower)
- Availability management (backup by restart and basic processes)
- Request processing (Jira, Confluence, ITSM)
- Knowledge transfer to AMS (incident and problem solutions, known issues)
- Documentation and operating manual
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in Miles development
- Experience in providing technical support for applications, ideally in the leasing sector
- Knowledge of cloud management tools and IT infrastructure
- Experience in applying project management methods (with a focus on agile, e.g., Scrum)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German optional)
