ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• operational preparing and release testing with Neoload and Selenium

• monitoring and fixing production errors

• developing LaP test inventory and documentation

• evaluating tests with Dynatrace - down to method level and solution proposals

• analysing applications and delivering performance-related data

• supporting test stages during performance problems

• analysing acute production problems, including priority 1 incident resolution

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English

• experience in software programming (e.g. JAVA, C#, Python etc.) including DB interfaces and/or HTML/PHP, software

• architecture, network architecture and/or cloud architecture

• familiarity with an insurance business model and business processes
