Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
Collaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure solutions align with client expectations
Optimize platform usability, reduce sprawl, and drive automation initiatives
Enhance governance models to sustain platform stability and scalability
Address and resolve technical and functional challenges in the ServiceNow environment
Contribute to the development of integration strategies for connecting ServiceNow with other tools
Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and customizations
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Work in a SAFe environment as part of a Scrum team
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, covering all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, and Security Operations
Expertise in JavaScript coding
Familiarity with the software development process (Agile)
Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
Understanding of relational database concepts
Knowledge of REST/SOAP
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English at B2 level or above
