We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will work with an American multinational technology company. The project offers many opportunities to learn, as our client is recognized as one of the Big Five companies in the American information technology industry.
This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.
Responsibilities
Quickly become proficient with internal data sources, including legacy PLX tables and the new JT BigQuery-based environment, understanding their structures
Collaborate effectively with business analyst teams and stakeholders to identify, collect, clean, and enrich business-critical data
Import and curate data into target PLX or BigQuery environments while ensuring data quality and integrity
Support the development and maintenance of data automation pipelines for consistent data integration and correlation across modules
Process and analyze new data using defined methodologies to generate actionable insights
Deliver clear, concise reporting for stakeholders based on processed data and findings
Create user-friendly dashboards using tools like Looker to visualize key performance metrics
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in data engineering and data analysis
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Deep understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, and analytical methodologies
Practical experience with Colab and Python for automation and data processing
Hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery with a strong ability to manage database environments
Proven track record of creating actionable dashboards with tools such as Looker
Familiarity with Agile development approaches and DevOps practices
