This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland or from our offices in cities like Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.
Responsibilities
Write high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to established software quality standards
Manage and support the current codebase
Build engaging user interfaces and client displays to improve platform usability
Create flexible data models and seamless integration mechanisms
Optimize system design for scalability, high performance, and durability
Troubleshoot and address technical issues within the platform
Perform unit testing and debug to ensure application reliability
Requirements
Proficiency in C# coding
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Background in enterprise application development using technologies like ASP.NET, NodeJS or Angular
Capability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining effective code
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Self-driven approach with the ability to see tasks through to completion
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Competency to excel independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
Expertise in C++ development
Background in MFC and STL
Professional experience working with large-scale enterprise software products, especially SaaS
Familiarity with native development for Android and/or iOS
Flexibility to use skills in smartphone application development
Understanding of SQL and database management
