Full Stack .NET Developer (with C++)

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland or from our offices in cities like Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to established software quality standards

• Manage and support the current codebase

• Build engaging user interfaces and client displays to improve platform usability

• Create flexible data models and seamless integration mechanisms

• Optimize system design for scalability, high performance, and durability

• Troubleshoot and address technical issues within the platform

• Perform unit testing and debug to ensure application reliability

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# coding

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Background in enterprise application development using technologies like ASP.NET, NodeJS or Angular

• Capability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining effective code

• Strong analytical and critical thinking

• Self-driven approach with the ability to see tasks through to completion

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Competency to excel independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• Expertise in C++ development

• Background in MFC and STL

• Professional experience working with large-scale enterprise software products, especially SaaS

• Familiarity with native development for Android and/or iOS

• Flexibility to use skills in smartphone application development

• Understanding of SQL and database management
