This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland — whether from home or from one of our well-equipped offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.
Responsibilities
Write high-quality, maintainable C++ code that adheres to software quality standards
Manage and support the existing codebase, ensuring optimal functionality
Build user interfaces and client displays to improve platform usability
Enhance data models and design integration points for improved efficiency
Optimize system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the platform architecture
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience with C++ development
Familiarity with C# .NET and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Background in building enterprise applications with frameworks like ASP.NET, Node.js, or Angular
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment
Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently on tasks or projects
Nice to have
Working knowledge of Angular or smartphone application development
Understanding of MFC and STL libraries
Previous experience with large-scale SaaS or enterprise-level software solutions
Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
Experience with Android and/or iOS native development
