Data Analytics Trainee
This unpaid, part-time internship allows you to complete an individual project based on a realistic data challenge. You’ll design and build an end-to-end data solution, gain hands-on experience with industry-relevant tools and create work you can confidently showcase in future job applications, interviews, or academic projects.
Program dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026
Commitment: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Format: Unpaid, hybrid (1 day in EPAM Kraków office, 4 days remote)

What is required for internship:
We’re looking for motivated full-time students from Krakow and nearby areas with:
Strong understanding of SQL/DB and Python
Introductory experience with Power BI/Tableau, ETL tools
Foundational knowledge of database systems including data warehouses, OLAP/OLTP
A strong interest in data fields (integration, visualization, or quality)
Git fundamentals (experience with version control)
English proficiency (minimum B2 level to communicate effectively)
Bonus points if you have:
Understanding of data quality principles or BI report design practices
Familiarity with Cloud technologies
How to get started?
Register by May 11 and complete all required fields, including the “Additional information” section, where you should briefly describe your motivation for applying and your expectations for the internship.
Take the English Test within 5 days of registration – B2 level or higher is required.
Pass the Technical Test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should take it within 5 days after registration and reach a minimum score of 70%.
