We are looking for ServiceNow CSM Developer

 Key Responsibilities


  • Support technical design, development unit testing, and production deployment. Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design, and with ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards
  • Clarify business requirements with the customer and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design.
  • Provide timely technical support for issue resolution, including UAT and Post-Go-Live support, and data maintenance. If necessary, work with end users, other support teams, and the vendor.
  • Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered before Go-Live.
  • Provide the necessary support required for user training preparation and delivery.
  • Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA, and release schedule.


Experience and Skills Required

Education:

Master's Degree in Information Technology (or closely related)

ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow system implementations.

Minimum 2 full cycles in ServiceNow CSM projects for multinational companies.


Skills:

· Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module

· Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration

· Strong experience with Scoped Applications development

· Solid experience with ServiceNow Configurable Workspace development

· Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations

· Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, development experience in Agile projects

· Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture will be a plus

· Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified

· Fluent in English
