The Service Transition Management team is seeking a dedicated Transition Lead. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder landscapes within large organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
Core duties include monitoring and anchoring service deliveries transitioned to the line organization.
• Support Service Transition Management by overseeing transitions to the line organization.
• Drive transition activities and execute project retrospective sessions.
• Follow up on implementation plans and target transfers.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitoring controls post-transition.
• Ensure responsibilities are met with allocated FTE and run costs.
• Recommend projects for perpetual run cost transfer.
• Conduct biweekly progress reporting.
• Create and maintain STM milestones and project timelines.
• Ensure STM approach maintenance and that the STM Handbook remains current.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across organizational complexities.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in service transition or change management roles.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes in large organizations.
• In-depth understanding of banking and IT operations and processes.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational design methodologies.
• Ability to support project managers in the STM function.
• Skilled in ensuring successful transitions of deliverables.
• Proven risk reduction capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and influencing skills.
