Migration Environment Owner

Summary: The Migration Environment Owner is responsible for managing the lower and higher environments used by the Core Banking program, ensuring smooth migrations, and maintaining system integrity with minimal customer disruption.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) Migration environments.

• Support preparations for the Go Live events in Production, providing assistance during execution.

• Identify and manage external dependencies and risks affecting planned deliveries.

• Provide migration environment requirements to the environment provider for management and configuration.

• Plan, schedule, and govern the migration environments, including user access management.

• Collaborate frequently with other ARTs and teams, ensuring their requirements are met.

• Manage vendor relationships for environment setup and support.

• Facilitate ART ceremonies and processes to ensure team value delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proactive and systematic mindset.

• Several years of experience managing IT projects in complex landscapes.

• Fluent English language skills.

• Strong relationship and collaboration skills.

• Ability to understand technical aspects of environments.

• Experience or understanding of agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle technologies (WebLogic, ExaData).

• Knowledge of Temenos Transact products.
