Senior Technical Project Manager

We are growing and looking for more technology enthusiasts to join our ranks. We are currently looking for Senior Technical Project Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Conducting end-to-end projects

• Defining the product vision and roadmap

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features

• Leading the project team (developers, testers, analysts)

• Cooperating with the sales, customer service, IT, and marketing departments

• Ensuring timely project delivery within budget

• Conducting meetings with stakeholders and presenting progress reports

• Managing risk and change in the project

• Ensuring compliance of the solution with legal regulations

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 2–3 years at the senior/lead level

• Experience in projects with a strong technological component (e.g., system integrations, architecture modernization, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, API first)

• Working in a distributed team environment and in close contact with IT and business

• Good understanding of application architecture

• Ability to conduct “technical” discussions with development, architects, and DevOps

• Focus on automation and scalability

• Ability to use AI tools in your and your team's daily work

• Experience in system integration (payment gateways, CRM, BI, marketing tools)

• Analysis of complex IT systems – identification of architectural relationships and risks

• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, critical points, and manage their respective owners

• Proactive approach, ownership, ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple threads simultaneously

• Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build relationships with the team and the business

• Focus on results and quality—tracking metrics, KPIs, and SLA levels.

• Well-developed ability to simplify complex technical issues for a business audience

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GitLab, reporting (Power BI, Looker, MS tables)

• English at B2/C1 level (advanced business English, fluent communication)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of typical technologies related to e-commerce/travel (payment integrations, CMS, headless)

• Experience in leading projects related to mobile applications.
