We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Junior Analyst to join the KYC department. The successful candidate will play a role in analyzing transaction monitoring alerts and assessing KYC customer profiles, ensuring compliance with established regulations and internal standards. Proficiency in data searching and aggregation from internal systems is essential, as well as strong analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities

The Transaction Monitoring/KYC Junior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the KYC team in key areas:

• Analyzing Transaction Monitoring alerts and KYC customer profiles.
• Searching and aggregating data from internal systems.
• Assessing material and making decisions to either close or escalate cases.
• Describing findings and concluding on material reviewed.
• Utilizing SOPs and work instructions to populate Excel, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the Analyst role regarding one of these: customer services, bank operations, data analysis.
• Experience in one of these industries: banking, financial services, retail banking, investment banking.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of corporate environments.
• Strong ability to follow procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
• Experience in performance management and reporting.
• Proficient in English (B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AML concepts is advantageous.
