Junior Analyst
The RedCompass Labs BUSINESS ANALYST ACADEMY is a centre of excellence, based in Warsaw, offering a full-time Business Analyst programme to build knowledge, foster personal development, and develop practical skills and business awareness.
The Academy equips you with both the mindset and tools to challenge and solve client problems in the Financial Industry. Working exclusively alongside our unique cutting-edge payments and AI initiatives, the program is built to drive you to become articulate, confident, analytical, collaborative, and forward-thinking graduates.
The Academy offers an analytical track that allows you to gain skills and develop yourself in Business and System Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Payments expertise – leveraging intelligent technology and applied AI to deliver real impact.
Successful completion of this initial core part of the programme allows you to gain broad knowledge of Payments, Financial Crime, Core Banking, and Payments technology to perform the following activities:
- Define System architecture
- Undertake requirements mapping
- Write detailed Business, Functional and Design documents
- Execute/Collaborate in test and migration planning
- Map and document payment flows and transaction lifecycles
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Assist in assessing the impact of regulatory changes on existing systems
- Support the Product team in shaping and delivering product initiatives, contributing to roadmap decisions and feature development
- Engage with AI and intelligent technology tools to enhance analytical output and client delivery
Post-graduation there is the potential opportunity to support RedCompass Labs and our clients in other locations outside Poland depending on where there may be open career roles.
Academy candidates initially follow several classroom-based ‘Core’ modules, that will provide you with a foundation in: Payments / Financial Crime / Core Banking / Agile Practices / Software Development Lifecycle / Basic Tooling / Payments Expert Practices - including applied AI and intelligent technology
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of (or equivalent) Math, Economics, Finance, or Business Studies
Confident communicator in English since you will work within an international context
Analytical skills enabling one to grasp complex solutions
An eye for detail because you will be working in the highly regulated area
An ability to adapt to changes, because the Financial Industry constantly requires learning and applying new skills
A team player personality
Keen to gain analytical and payments expertise skills since we want you to grow with us
Willingness to be part of strong, competent client delivery teams
No previous experience is necessary
