Job Description:

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between various departments and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for system configuration, technical support, and process optimization using Veeva EDC and CDMS.

Main Responsibilities:

• System Configuration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and set up user roles, reports, and system settings in Veeva EDC/CDMS.

  • Manage and oversee system configurations as a Vault owner.

  • Facilitate the implementation of new system requirements and analyze their impact on users.

  • Support minor system updates for efficiency.

  • Understand Business processes such as User Access Management (UAM) and RTSM process.

• Integration Support:

  • Assist in integrating Veeva EDC/CDMS with other systems to enable data flow and automation.

• Technical Support and User Management:

  • Provide technical assistance to users with access issues.

  • Understand new technical requirements and drive implementation.

• Documentation and Reviews:

  • Create and review technical documentation, including interface agreements and training materials.

  • Ensure clear and up-to-date user guidance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Veeva EDC and CDMS systems.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them for various stakeholders.

• Experience with data flow automation and system integration processes.

• Curiosity with an interest in stakeholder needs and learning.
