Tech Lead / Solution Architect / Lead Developer - 365 POD

Summary

The role primarily focuses on leading the development and architecture of an AI/Zoom integration within the Client Services module of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The objective is to enhance efficiency in client interactions through automated note-taking and summary generation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define overall architecture and data model for the AI/Zoom integration.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure security and compliance design.

• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and engineers.

• Maintain technical ownership of the project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Azure.

• Strong skills in C#/.NET development and Azure Functions.

• Proficiency with Zoom API integration.

• Experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.

• Competence in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Skills in Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Bicep or Terraform.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Familiarity with security protocols, particularly OAuth 2.0.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and Power BI for analytics.

Other Details:

• Location: Remote rollout across five markets.

• Timeline: MVP delivery by end of October; go-live by end of November.

• Team Structure: Collaboration with a dedicated team managing client interactions and Zoom engineers.
