System Engineer

Summary:

The role of the System Engineer is to support offshore wind projects by focusing on system testing, quality assurance, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance and safety in offshore energy infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• System Design & Integration: Support engineering and commissioning of Beckhoff-based lighting and control systems.

• Testing & Verification: Plan, develop, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

• Quality Assurance: Maintain quality checkpoints and ensure traceability of design changes.

• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality system documentation and maintain version control of documents.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in offshore, marine, or industrial systems.

• Familiarity with Beckhoff, DALI2, Modbus, and SCADA systems.

• Experience in system testing and commissioning.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in offshore wind or oil & gas systems.

• Proficient in Confluence and Jira.

• Fluent in Norwegian or Polish.
