Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Retail and Mobile Services to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions, particularly in the eInvoice and mobile payment domains. The role requires collaboration with junior architects and expert software developers to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Lead the solution design for Retail & Mobile payment services.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects and ART teams.

• Provide governance during implementation phases.

• Drive innovation and resilience improvements.

• Act as a mentor for internal team members.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as an architect on large projects in international organizations.

• Strong analytical and design skills for flows and integration.

• Knowledge of banking, payments, and mobile banking.

• Strong integration knowledge and API design experience.

• Proficient communication with development teams and stakeholders.

• Agile methodology experience (SAFe).

• General knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

• Fluency in English for documentation and meetings.

• Strong leadership and delivery orientation.

• Proactive and transparent in communication.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking services, data analysis, and e-Commerce.

• Familiarity with identity & access management.

• Understanding of security, GDPR, and PSD2 compliance.
