ServiceNow Developer
The primary goal of the ServiceNow Developer role is to contribute to our client’s long-term digital transformation initiatives by developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business needs.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements.
Automate workflows and processes to enhance business efficiency.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems (using REST/SOAP APIs).
Design and develop reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and alignment with platform best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Independent work style and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with AI initiatives and automation tools.
Knowledge of additional programming languages.
