Job description

Summary

The primary goal of the ServiceNow Developer role is to contribute to our client’s long-term digital transformation initiatives by developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements.

  • Automate workflows and processes to enhance business efficiency.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems (using REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Ensure code quality, documentation, and alignment with platform best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.

  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

  • Independent work style and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI initiatives and automation tools.

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages.
