A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Service Management Analyst would be:
Review and assess Service Transition documentation submitted by project teams.
Oversee and coordinate IT aspects of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process.
Design and maintain business process flows using Microsoft Visio.
Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory and Azure AD.
Build dashboards, run queries, and create insightful reports.
Manage and resolve incidents and fulfilment requests through ServiceNow.
Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT operations or service management roles
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD administration
Proficient in Microsoft Visio
Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation
Understanding of IT service transition and user lifecycle processes
Nice to Haves:
Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience in change enablement
