Service Delivery Manager (Managed Services)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operation of an ongoing IT service. This role is responsible for service performance, team coordination, and SLA/KPI compliance in a client-facing environment.
Location: Braga
Work Model: Hybrid ( 2 times a week)
Duration: 7 months (with strong possibility of extension)
Languages: English (C2), Portuguese (C2)
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role:
Service Delivery Manager / Managed Services Manager / IT Service Manager.
Proven experience managing teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with service management (SLA/KPI tracking and reporting).
Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
Experience handling operational issues and escalations.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (C2 required).
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
