Delivery Manager

Warsaw-based opportunity with a remote work model (up to 5 days/week).

As a Delivery Manager – Data, AI, and Automation Projects, you will be working for our client, a leader in cutting-edge digital transformation solutions. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects that drive efficiency and innovation within regulated environments. Your main responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for the AI and Automation squad, managing planning and execution across sprints and releases.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and prioritize deliverables.

• Coordinate development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Actively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, dependencies, issues, and key decisions impacting project scope or quality.

• Ensure timely delivery, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain consistent project management routines.

• Contribute to roadmap planning for AI and automation solutions, aligning with strategic goals.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects.

• Proven delivery success in agile environments, Scrum or Kanban.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.

• Strong understanding of data-driven solutions, automation, and AI-based products.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS.

• Ability to convert business needs into clear, executable delivery plans.

• Experience working within regulated environments, including GxP, is a plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Veeva RIM.

• Certifications in Agile or project management.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (excellent communication skills required).
