Senior Test Manager for CRM project

Summary

The Senior Test Manager for the CRM project is responsible for overseeing testing and release coordination in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM setting. This role aims to ensure the successful delivery and validation of the system, enhancing customer engagement through effective stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage test lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and follow-up.

• Coordinate testing efforts across squads, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

• Act as the primary liaison with vendor Test Managers.

• Define end-to-end test strategies for complex systems.

• Facilitate UAT outcomes and manage defect tracking effectively.

• Oversee release cycles and collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.

• Utilize various testing tools for functional and non-functional testing.

• Adapt test planning based on Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Proficiency in validating OOTB and customized features.

• Skill in defining end-to-end test strategies.

• Experience in multiple testing types (UAT, performance, etc.).

• Understanding of automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, etc.).

• Strong communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA and TestRail.

• Experience in hybrid deployment models.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

• Certifications in agile methodologies.
