Summary

The Senior Technical HCM Oracle Specialist plays a crucial role in the project, focusing on implementing Oracle Compensation systems to effectively meet organizational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves core duties around the implementation and configuration of the Oracle systems.

• Set up the Compensation and workforce compensation configuration based on Client’s requirements.

• Prepare and execute data loading activities.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on bug fixing.

• Guide stakeholders to ensure optimal configuration while minimizing complexity and customizations.

• Create documentation for the implemented solutions.

• Share knowledge and hand over the solution to the team.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core and Oracle HCM Compensation.

• Specific experience in Compensation with at least 2 successful implementations.

• Experience implementing Oracle Compensation in a European organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an international IT environment.

• Familiarity with other Oracle modules.
