Senior Project Manager

emagine is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple data products and insight outputs in the R&D team, amidst growing demands surrounding AI. The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and adeptness in navigating complex organisational environments. The goal is to develop an R&D-wide D&AI platform featuring a web interface.

This role is based in Cork with the ask to be onsite 3 days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project, you will:

• Oversee the integration of multiple data products and insights.

• Manage complex stakeholder environments while delivering value.

• Nurture relationships across a large, matrixed organisation.

• Ensure clear communication across all levels of R&D.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of the D&AI platform.

• Guide a large team through political and operational challenges.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps engineering teams to achieve project goals.

• Leverage Microsoft Azure and related applications effectively.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of Project Management experience.

• Experience in large, matrixed organisations.

• Proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and drive clarity.

• Leadership experience, managing teams or senior-level reporting.

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure and related applications.

• Experience as a Scrum Master in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with Databricks.

• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

• Knowledge of Azure Power Platform, particularly PowerBI.

• Familiarity with Azure web patterns for insights deployment.
