Overview:
An experienced Program Manager is sought to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple time zones, focusing primarily on the manufacturing domain. Key skills include managing operational hardware, cybersecurity, and OT cloud-based application solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle across multiple, complex projects.

• Forecast, plan, schedule, and ensure delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee and coordinate the work of several project managers, ensuring alignment across the portfolio.

• Navigate a highly matrixed environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

• Map out project dependencies and manage cross-functional initiatives across regions.

• Apply expertise in Planview or similar project portfolio management tools for planning and tracking.

Portfolio Focus Areas:

1. Operational & Hardware Projects – Major focus on manufacturing rollout projects.

2. Cybersecurity Initiatives – Ensuring secure operations and compliance across manufacturing environments.

3. OT Cloud-Based Application & MES Projects – Including MES deployment and application solutions.

4. Greenfield Projects & Supply Chain – Establishing new manufacturing sites and supporting small supply chain projects.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in complex, fast-moving organizations.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and related project management challenges.

• Ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies and time zones.

• Experience in Planview or equivalent portfolio management tools.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex information, map dependencies, and drive results across multiple teams.

• Certifications: PMI/ PgMP
