Senior Product Manager with OMS experience

emagine is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new, large‑scale Order Management System (OMS) from the ground up. This is a critical role for a complex domain involving high-volume data flows and integrations across warehouses, physical stores, e‑commerce platforms, internal systems, and external suppliers.

Location: In Stockholm (preferably) or remote

This role is ideal for a senior, entrepreneurial Product Manager who thrives in highly technical environments and can drive clarity, structure, and momentum within engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for a next‑generation OMS, aligning stakeholders across business and engineering.

• Drive end‑to‑end product execution: roadmap creation, priority setting, timeline management, and outcome measurement.

• Lead and empower a team of skilled engineers, ensuring they have clear direction, context, and a strong sense of urgency — without micromanagement.

• Deeply understand order flows, system states, and the complexity of distributed order orchestration.

• Collaborate closely with domain experts to define functional requirements for:

  • Order lifecycle management

  • Inventory updates

  • Fulfillment logic

  • Supplier/warehouse/store integrations

  • Complex data‑graph interactions

• Ensure the OMS integrates seamlessly into a large ecosystem of internal and external systems.

• Provide thought leadership on how best to architect scalable, resilient order flows for a high-volume environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP platforms, or other high‑complexity execution systems.

• Strong background in large-scale operational flows and data-heavy systems.

• Experience building or re-architecting systems from scratch is a major advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams with clarity, energy, and urgency.

• Strong technical understanding and ability to reason about system states, orchestration, and integrations.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where needed.
