Senior Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) with Ukrainian

For our client, an international company, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. This person will be responsible for managing an IT infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

• Project management, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality

• Establishing and maintaining project controls

• Identifying, monitoring, and reporting risks, issues, scope changes, and deviations

• Assigning and supervising tasks

• Planning and controlling processes

• Managing internal and external project communication

• Developing project documentation (plans, schedules, registers, reports)

• Preparing and presenting technical reports and project presentations

• Organizing and leading project meetings

  
  

Requirments:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of an IT Project Manager

• At least one completed project related to IT infrastructure

• Knowledge and practical experience in applying project management methodologies and tools

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Very good understanding of IT and its application in achieving business objectives

• Up‑to‑date knowledge of technologies and trends relevant to the delivered projects

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare high‑quality documentation and presentations

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a proactive approach to process improvement

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

• Advanced English proficiency (C1)

• Advanced Ukrainian proficiency (C1)

• Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
