Summary: The Senior Power BI Developer is crucial for leading data visualization projects, enhancing decision-making processes by delivering insights through sophisticated dashboards and reporting tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and update Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports

• Develop and optimize new dashboards and semantic models

• Implement RLS/OLS and manage deployments across environments

• Ensure performance and governance best practices with client governance

• Track and manage changes via GitHub

• Advise clients and propose improvements through direct contact with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Strong skills in DAX (measures, time intelligence, performance tuning)

• Experience in data modeling (star schema, SCD, hierarchies)

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service including datasets, RLS/OLS, deployment pipelines

• Ability to connect to Databricks SQL / Unity Catalog / Delta Lake on ADLS

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Power BI

• Familiarity with advanced data governance practices

• Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
