Senior IT Application Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior IT Application Operations Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of NBI/NIPS/NIS applications in PREPROD/PROD environments. This includes proactive support and maintenance to guarantee seamless performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy NBI/NIPS/NIS applications to PREPROD/PROD environments.
• Support and maintain the applications in these environments, addressing and resolving any operational issues.
• Monitor and analyze application logs to ensure consistent performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application stability and reliability.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Windows OS with the ability to troubleshoot and perform in-depth diagnostics.
• Experience working with File Systems (FS) and Microsoft SQL (MSSQL), including log analysis and issue tracking.
