Summary

The main objective of the Senior IT Analyst role within the CAAR Team is to facilitate effective IT and business analysis, particularly focusing on payment systems, by leveraging strong analytical skills to drive project success.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform detailed IT analysis and assess impacted people and systems.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of payment systems and integration software.

• Assist in development and quality control activities.

• Create detailed Business/IT Requirements Specification Documents.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain including SEPA, Swift, and ISO messages.

• Experience with reconciliation processes and statement generation.

• Familiarity with Data Mapping, Data Migration, and Process Modelling.

• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Experience in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Hadoop Ecosystem tools like HDFS, Hive, Pig, and Spark.

• Understanding of Data Lake Concepts for analyzing distributed data.

• Familiarity with frameworks for Batch vs Real-Time Processing, such as Apache Kafka.
